1. Overview
At ClearlyComply, we are committed to delivering high-quality compliance services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service not started: If your order has not been processed or initiated, a full refund (less payment gateway charges) will be issued within 7 working days
- Duplicate payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded within 5 working days
- Service not deliverable: If we are unable to deliver the service due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued
- Government rejection: If a government application is rejected due to our error (not due to incorrect information provided by you), we will rework the application at no additional charge or offer a partial refund at our discretion
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duties, or any third-party costs already incurred
- Services already completed or substantially completed
- Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late submission of documents by the client
- Government rejection due to ineligibility, incorrect details, or non-compliance by the applicant
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Services involving DSC, digital signatures, or tokens once ordered from the certifying authority
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where work is partially completed, a proportional refund of the remaining work may be considered at our discretion. The amount will be calculated based on the extent of work completed at the time of the refund request.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of your order date:
Please include your Order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.)
- Payment gateway charges (typically 2β3%) are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before work has commenced. Once our team begins processing your application, cancellation may not be possible or may attract a partial cancellation charge to cover work already done.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern to csc9853@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably within 5 working days.
