2. About ClearlyComply

ClearlyComply Technologies provides compliance, registration, and filing facilitation services including but not limited to Company Registration, GST Registration, Trademark, FSSAI, MSME, ITR Filing, DSC, and RTO services. We act as a facilitator and do not constitute legal counsel unless specifically agreed in writing.

3. Services & Scope

• Services are rendered based on the information and documents provided by you
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, third-party agencies, or incomplete information provided by the client
• Timelines mentioned on the website are indicative and not guaranteed
• Government fees, stamp duties, and statutory charges are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misrepresentational purpose
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally obtained

5. Payments

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments
• Service begins upon confirmation of payment receipt
• Government fees, if any, are payable separately at actual cost

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of ClearlyComply Technologies and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClearlyComply shall not be liable for:

• Delays or rejections by government departments or authorities
• Loss of business, profit, or data arising from use of our services
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in any activity that is illegal or harmful. Refunds in such cases will be governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before approaching courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
