PSARA (Private Security Agencies Regulation Act) License is issued by the Controlling Authority designated by the state government under the PSARA Act, 2005. It is mandatory for every private security agency deploying security guards to individuals, companies, government establishments, malls, banks, or any entity. No private security agency can operate or provide any security personnel without a valid PSARA License.
Register your security agency as a Private Limited company, LLP or proprietorship.
