MCA21 V3 works with Chrome and Edge (via eMSigner extension). GST portal works on Chrome and Firefox. Older e-tender portals may require IE mode in Edge or Java-enabled Firefox.

No. Chrome dropped Java plugin support. Old Java-dependent portals work in Firefox (ESR) with Java plugin, or via Edge's IE Compatibility Mode.
