DSC Token Installation Support

We support all major DSC token brands — eMudhra ePass 2003, Capricorn Token, Sify SafeScrypt, WD Token, ProcSign, and all FIPS-certified USB crypto tokens issued by licensed CAs.

We use AnyDesk or TeamViewer — industry-standard screen-sharing tools. You grant permission and can disconnect anytime. We never ask for your PIN.

Physical damage (cracked casing, broken USB connector) cannot be fixed remotely — you need a DSC Reissue. We diagnose first and advise accordingly.

Yes. We support token installation on macOS (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma) and Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora). Mac support may take slightly longer than Windows.

We don't stop at 30 minutes — we resolve the issue completely. If a hardware replacement is needed, we initiate DSC Reissue at no extra diagnostic charge.

Most DSC issues — driver errors, browser configuration problems, portal mapping failures, Java conflicts — are resolved within 30 minutes during a remote session. Complex token damage or CA-level issues may take longer, but we always provide a clear timeline upfront.

If our technician is unable to resolve your DSC issue during the remote session, you pay nothing. This guarantee covers all software-side issues: driver installation, browser configuration, portal mapping, and Java setup. Hardware failures (physically damaged token) are excluded but clearly communicated before the session begins.

After booking, our technician contacts you on WhatsApp and shares a secure remote access link (AnyDesk or TeamViewer). You download the small app, share the session code, and our expert connects to your computer to fix the issue live. The entire process takes under 5 minutes to set up.

DSC works best on Google Chrome (with the Embridge or Signer extension), Mozilla Firefox (with the Java plugin or browser extension), and Internet Explorer/Edge in legacy mode. Most government portals like MCA21 and DGFT work on Chrome or Firefox with the correct DSC signing extension installed — our team configures this during the session.

We support all Certifying Authority tokens: eMudhra, Capricorn Technologies, Sify Technologies, NSDL e-Governance, and IDSign. All token form factors are supported: standard USB tokens and smart card readers. Our technicians are trained on all CA-specific driver software and portal configurations.

Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted remote desktop tools (AnyDesk or TeamViewer). You have full visibility and control at all times — you can disconnect at any point. We never ask for your DSC PIN or private key. The session is limited to installing drivers and configuring browser settings only.

If we are unable to resolve your issue in the first session, we schedule a follow-up at no additional charge. If the issue requires a new DSC issuance (e.g., corrupted token), we clearly explain the situation and provide a transparent quote before proceeding. You are never charged for an unresolved session.

Yes. If your DSC has expired or the USB token is physically damaged, we handle the complete reissuance process. DSC Reissuance starts at ₹1,499 and includes a new FIPS token, fresh Aadhaar eKYC, and courier delivery. We also revoke the old certificate to prevent misuse.
