Every factory employing 10+ workers (with power) or 20+ workers (without power) must obtain a Factory License under the Factories Act, 1948.
A Factory License is mandatory under the Factories Act, 1948 for any premises using a manufacturing process with 10 or more workers (if power is used) or 20 or more workers (without power).
